(CNN) The parents of a man who was shot and killed by an off-duty officer in a California Costco in June said they want video of the shooting released.

Galipo says some witnesses indicated the officer fell to the ground, but he says no one reported that he lost consciousness.

Yesterday, while attempting to beat her own land speed record, the 52,000 horsepower jet-powered car driven by racer, fabricator, and television personality Jessi Combs crashed in the Alvord Desert in Oregon, killing her, as local news reports.

The senators also cited a report by The New York Times noting that Live Nation ticketed 80 of the top 100 concert arenas in the nation in 2016.

During that period, Live Nation and Ticketmaster have always complied with their obligations under the consent decree.

Children born to U.S. service members and government employees overseas will no longer be automatically considered citizens of the United States, according to policy alert issued by U.S.

Previously, children born to U.S. citizen parents were considered to be "residing in the United States," and therefore would be automatically granted citizenship under Immigration and Nationality Act 320.
