A fire has broken out at a migrant detention facility on the U.S.-Mexico border, killing at least 39 people from Central and South America and injuring dozens more, officials say.

The fire may have been intentionally set.

Authorities said at least 39 people were killed in the fire while 29 others were injured.

Among those killed and injured are 28 people from Guatemala, 13 from Honduras, 12 from Venezuela, 12 from El Salvador and one each from Colombia and Ecuador.

On Monday afternoon, a raid by immigration authorities resulted in an undisclosed number of detainees being housed in the building that caught fire.

No official statement has been released regarding the incident. »

This morning, Japan's Fair Trade Commission has essentially cleared Microsoft's Activision Blizzard deal, determining that the acquisition would not substantially harm competition.

However, their arguments seem to have fallen deaf on Japan's FTC, and it's not looking promising elsewhere, either.

Given these deals, it's hard to imagine Microsoft won't be able to persuade the CMA to clear those remaining concerns. »

Across various posts, Trump called Bragg a "Soros-funded animal" and threatened that there would be "death & destruction" should he be charged.

Following up on that video, Kirschner said in a Monday Justice Matters video that Trump's posts also violate federal law surrounding interstate communications, 18 U.S. Code Section 875. »
