This is by far the most interesting take on the Arch I've ever seen. The contrast between the normal brick building + familiar street lamps and the arch makes it seem almost alien in a really ominous (but awesome!) way. Well done man!
As someone who lived in StL for a decade (later moved to another city), I gazed at this pic for a bit to figure out the vantage point. Then I could figure. It’s an unusual angle. Nicely clicked. I’ve been up there about 11 times. Nostalgia :)
