WILMINGTON — “We are just gonna go out and start slaughtering them fu—– ni—–.

These are the words of a now-former Wilmington Police Department officer Kevin Piner.

Michael ‘Kevin’ Piner, James ‘Brian’ Gilmore, and Jessie E. Moore II were all terminated from the force.

The announcement came from the new Chief of Police Donny Williams — not even 24-hours into his first day as chief.

On Wednesday afternoon, members of City Council along with Williams held a press conference to address the conduct of the former police officers.

Fauci responded to Veasey saying: “It was cancelled because the NIH was told to cancel it.”.

After the hearing, Fauci clarified to Politico that it was the White House that told the NIH to cancel the funding.

An unnamed White House official told Politico that the White House did encourage the funding cut, but ultimately it was the Department of Health and Human Services—of which the NIH is a part—that made the final decision. »
