I want to experience joy so intense that I vomit.

My toddler laughs so hard she turns bright red and screams when I pretend to smell her chunky feet and then yell OH SMELLY TOES

It's adorable.

My oldest laughs at everything. He's so freaking happy all the time. He's almost 5 now and can find the bright side of any situation. The other day I gave him and his sister dinner on matching pink plates. He said, "Hey, our plates match! This is the best day EVER!" Can you imagine that? It was the best day EVER because out of the two colors of plates we own, they had the same color. Every time I serve him dinner he says, "Thanks for making me yummy dinner mom, you're the BEST!" Even if he doesn't like it. He tells me 20 times a day that he loves me a hundred million billion percent. He wakes up every morning with a smile on his face and the energy of a thousand suns. He comes into my room and cuddles me (wiggling like crazy) until I'm awake enough to get up and make him breakfast. Being a mom can be SO FREAKING HARD. But man, it is amazing and I wouldn't trade it for anything.
