So does the price of hand sanitizer at one high-end grocery store in Denmark.

The Rotunden supermarket has a pricing trick aimed at keeping shoppers from hoarding the antiseptic.

One bottle is a reasonable 40 DKK ($4.09), but the price jumps to 1,000 DKK ($95) for two bottles.

The couple at the centre of a panic meat buying frenzy in Lake Country last weekend has reached out to Castanet to let us know that they are receiving death threats due to the community's negative reaction.

Dan Marcotte spoke with Castanet to try and explain his reasons for the massive purchase that cleaned out the Save On Foods meat section last weekend.

Marcotte also donated $1,000 to the Lake Country Food Bank after the incident, which he says was grateful and supportive. »

Now though, all outlets across the United States will close as of March 22.

Those who are still interested in buying games through GameStop can only do so through curbside pick-up at stores and eCommerce delivery. »

Vaccine fears brought measles back to New York

More than 600 people in New York City contracted measles between October 2018 and July 2019, and 49 had to be hospitalized.

The outbreak started after one unvaccinated child fell sick with the disease after returning home from Israel in September 2018.

Among 37 children hospitalized with the virus, 35 had not received the measles, mumps and rubella vaccine. »

Pennsylvania's state officials have forcibly suspended all GameStop business licenses in an effort to combat the spread of coronavirus.

On Thursday, March 19, Pennsylvania Governor Tom Wolf announced that all businesses except for those considered to be “life-sustaining” are to be closed to help combat the spread of coronavirus throughout the state.

We have reached out to GameStop for a statement as of this writing but have yet to hear back. »
