NYPD has a 18% Hit rate in active fire situations, and they go through very extensive firearms training.
But I'm sure your average Math teacher is John Wick in disguise anyways, so that's okay.

My teachers can barely get the smart board calibrated most of the time
Edit: A smartboard is basically a giant monitor you can write on with a stylus pen
