Cool pic but isn't thrust vectoring when the engines spew stuff out at a small angle rather than straight?

I mean maybe it's doing this too on this pic at a too small angle to see, but I think this pic mostly just shows off the awesome condensation that forms around it when it's going belly first into the wind

For the uninformed, this is tech built in the 80s. Imagine what we are working on now or already have ready to field.

There is no visible thrust vectoring going on here, but very cool pic nonetheless. Thrust vectoring would be the engine nozzles physically moving to point the engine thrust in another direction, increasing maneuverability
