I had a tree that made lemons like this. They were juicy and not just pith like someone else said. Fruit all through and VERY big. It did in fact have flowers and fruit simultaneously, which was nice because we would have ripe lemons staggered through a season and not just 200lbs at once. We quickly realized that lemons have limited utility in the quantities we were getting, so we always gave as much as we could away and had to trash the rest.
