So, I actually smoked something like this as part of a nicotine research study about 7 or 8 years ago. I had to sit in a room and smoke these through a special device. The cigarette would go in one end and there was a mouth piece at the other end. They told me how to puff and how many puffs to take, and the device would take measurements. Then I'd answer some questions after each cig.

When I was a research technician we had a bunch of these for our smoking machine. We also had a bunch of weed for our smoking machine as well lol.
