Judging by the fact that everything on the racks is either a plaid short-sleeve button down or a polo shirt, I’d guess this is in the big and tall section, which would make sense. I doubt every mannequin in the store looks like this.

I’m so sick of misleading Reddit posts. “Big and Tall section of a clothing store,” would’ve been more accurate
Edit: 30 year old American, never seen an overweight mannequin or a “Big and Tall” section of a store. I’ve heard of “Big and Tall” stores.
