So I'm sitting here thinking...these dudes were in this tube with a tiny window. It would be trivial to just shove some rich dudes in there, lower it a few meters into the water, and play a video recorded from a ROV through the porthole while jiggling them around.
What would the difference be for their experience? Aside from their survival and your dramatically lowered operating costs.
