Is there a significant difference between Putin's friends and enemies? Fundamentally, they seem to end up the same.

It is very bizarre how many high-profile defense and energy people keep dying in Russia from things that they try to pass office accidental or suicide. If I was one of these types of people I would be getting the fuck out of that country immediately.
