That Grinch makeup is amazing. I listened to a Podcast with Rick Baker, who they hired to do the Grinch make-up. The studio execs were adamant that they just wanted to paint Jim Carey green.
Rick Baker did a concept photo shoot of the makeup we see here, and leaked it to fans to pressure the studio into letting him do it.
