Dear Redditors, I took a picture of these "cloud waterfalls" at the highest peak in Taiwan, around 3800m above sea level. The building at the peak is a weather station, which also offers hot tea for the hikers. If you would like to visit to Taiwan, this trail to Mountain Jade is the most recommended!

When you think about it, clouds descending like that IS a waterfall!
