Well, they pay their employees right. Not necessarily treat them right. Maybe it was just that one thread, but discussing Buc-ees, many ex-employees posted that it was not a good company to work for. Could be untrue, only saw it there.
No they don't, turnover at buccees is extremely high for 90 days, people will literally see dollar signs and ignore everything else that is considered when working a job.
