I worry this was posted to make fun of the person who made this. This was clearly put together with care and love. It’s a wonderful gesture, no matter the Ingredients.
Not sure how to read the tone of this title, but it's pretty clear she tried and did what she could with what she had. Or just shared snacks she loves and is looking for someone that feels the same. If OP is not into this, and wanted or believed he deserved more, then move on and let this girl find someone that will appreciate her and her efforts. The comments section is filled with folks proving she'll have no trouble finding a worthy companion.
