The dog on the left, about 2 months old and with a rock tied around it, was spotted on a frozen river on January 1st.
The right pic is the dog now in a new home and with a new family.
The sicko who threw the dog on the frozen river was identified and questioned by the police, and he claims he just wanted to teach the dog a lesson and didn't abandon the dog.
Find the fucker, tie him to a larger rock and throw him at a lake... I think it should be public like the mid ages, let his last several hours be horrible.
