I know if you have a difference in temperature and pressure you can pull water out of the humidity in the air. I wonder if you somehow put that to cool the solar panels if you can get a bunch of water off that heat difference.

Another benefit to this is the water under also helps keep the panels a little cooler too so the efficiency of electricity generation will be higher.
