Idk if you are up for constructive comment and I'm really sorry if not, but anatomically she's missing a couple of subtle details around the neck. (There's a big pair of muscles that stand out from the skin called sternocleidomastoid, a visible bony feature called the sternal notch, and a gentle curve to the clavicles is also usually visible).
The anatomical detail on the hands is great though, and again, the way you've captured how the light interacts with the colours in her skin tone is amazing.
