I’m a tattoo artist, and DNR tattoos have no bearing/ are unenforceable because it could be the name of a band, initials, no longer wanted, etc. Where/ what tattoos are never considered by medical personnel trying to save your life. Imagine trying to decipher what ppl might have meant by their tattoos. Filling out a POLST/ advance directive is the only way your wishes are directable
