They were built unlike any other building. They had no ‘frame’ like other buildings. More like an exoskeleton with the floors riveted to said exoskeleton. The ‘core’ pictured are the elevator shafts.
Can anyone vouch for the honesty of this photo? Not saying I think it’s false, it’s just so incredible that it accomplishes the goal of defying belief.
