I know a guy who got arrested driving home from his dealer. The cops pulled him for not wearing a seatbelt. Ran his license and found it was expired. Searched him and found his weed.
All this could have been avoided if he just wore the seatbelt and didn't give the cops a reason to pull him.

Doing this at 5mph gets you the same result and is honestly a great way to show someone that seatbelts are needed at any speed
It's the equivalent to jogging into a wall, except it's your seated body slamming the dashboard
