One time I tried wihtdrawing about $100 at an ATM, and when the time came for the ATM to give me back my card & then the money, it ate my card..which meant it was not going to give me the money back either since you are first supposed to take your card back and then the money will come out.I had to go inside the bank and file a claim in order to get the money back.
The very first debit card I ever got (was probably 18), they told me to take it to the atm outside to test it. I walked outside, took out my brand new card, and stuck it in the fucking cash-out slot. New debit card gone and ATM shut down for maintenance. I felt like a fucking idiot.
