My pizza was late last night (20 mins). The kid looked worried, but was polite and kind. I looked at the driver’s young face, and wrote in an extra couple dollars (I had already chosen 20% tip online). When I opened the pizza a couple minutes later, it was piping hot. Good experience to remind oneself not to shoot the messenger (figuratively, of course). Keep going kid!

I honestly hate that 4 stars is basically a thumbs down.
If I go to McDonald's and they get my order right that's a 3-4 star experience and that's fine.
