I had this happen on a pizza that had thawed and then I refroze thinking it would be fine. I blamed it on that because it has never happened any other time.

I've never had this happen, but I am still paranoid enough to put a pan on the rack beneath it every time.
Burnt food on the oven bottom is no fun.
