I worked in a sketchy oil town bar that didn't have a door (we screwed a sheet of plywood off/on instead) so I'm sure you can gather the cliental that frequented this bar.
One day my girl and I are running bar when a creepy local comes in. He's around a lot so we know who he is. Security immediately is on guard. Dude climbs on a table in front of the bar, whips it out and starts jacking it while making eye contact with us bartenders. Everyone stopped; the music, bartenders, patrons, all of it. I burst out laughing first (mainly because I was uncomfortable) and a few other girls started too. Dude didn't finish he just kinda slowed and stopped, put it away, and left.
He showed up the next weekend and couldn't understand why the bouncer wouldn't let him in.
I was at a bar for my 31st birthday, just absolutely cocked, and the bartender made me a birthday card that said "happy birthday you are shut off". Only time I've ever been shut off. I saved the card. It was just a nice, non-dickish way to go about it. And he had every right, I was fucked.
