I always found it really strange to see that there are apparently, like, advertising campaigns in the US where employers will make posters that read "Hey, $80 union dues are really a bad way to spend your money! Just looking out for you. xoxo"

Just an FYI that congress is trying to pass the Pro Act which makes it easier to unionize at work places and weakens "right to work" significantly.
