A 7'2" 16 year old came to my boxing gym once. He came to the US to play basketball but was still in high school. He really struggled to do almost all of the exercises. Jumping jacks, push ups, squats, skipping rope, all made him grimace out of pain and discomfort. Honestly felt bad for the kid. Really seemed like 16 year old bodies weren't meant to be that big.
