My cat was hit by a car on my birthday about six months ago. In the middle of moving right now to get a fresh start- was feeling sad, because I knew he’d love it at the new spot. Found one of his whiskers on the ground- he’s still here. :)
Hugs. I lost my kitty Bear in December 2019 to lymphoma. I found one of his whiskers too. It’s taped in my journal, and I put his brush (still has his fur on it) in a shadow box with his paw print from the vet and some photos. They’re never truly gone; I dream he comes back to visit all the time and I believe he really does.
