In my town we had two. The first was “Sonics Guy” he was always dressed in Seattle Sonics gear, carrying a Sonics flag, signs to bring back the Sonics, etc... unfortunately he just passed away last week.
The other one is the “suit guy” at the mall. He was always at the mall and always wearing a brightly colored suit. The suit and all his accessories are the same color from head to toe.
Coventry, UK. In an area called Jardine crescent we have turnaround Tony. Every three or 4 steps he does a 360 spin.
Also the banana man. Big muscular dude wearing a wife beater or nothing on his top half, in any weather. Always eating a bunch of Bananas. The myth went if he offered you a banana and you declined he would attack you. Never been more fearful of having a banana offered to me.
