Mad about taxes? Billionaires and corporations pay basically no tax. You shouldn't be paying more tax than jeff bezos. The dude flipping your burgers isn't the drain on the system, it's the rich.
Mad about inflation? Guess what? Your labor is now worth more. Minimum wage elevates all wages. Make over minimum wage? Great, now you have more bargaining power to make even more.

Every extra cent that goes into a minimum wage worker's pockets goes directly back into the economy and strengthens it. It's the opposite of the thoroughly debunked trickle-down economics and only a fool would believe otherwise.
