This remids me of my cousin. At her college ( i think it' s suny oneonta), they had a 2/3 infection rate at one point during the beginning of the school year. So the students living on campus all got quarentined. Then once they designated specific buildings, all the party goers that were infected, got sent there. And while all the poistive testers were there, they had a party. Their reasoning was that since they were all infected, they might as well be allowed to still enjoy their party.
