I think the most unbelievable part is the "30 minutes later".

Yeah, op. Did ya hear that story about the high-school wrestling team from Cleveland? Apparently, they're allowed to wrestle, but because of Covid, they cannot shake hands... lol

This is why I don't fly at the moment. I work for an airline and can say they only care about your money. They will try to create the illusion of concern and safety to make you feel just safe enough so that you'll buy a ticket. But this picture sums it up perfectly.

As a side note, all the idiots make a fuss and get sassy with crews about having to wear a mask; we get notices of who you are and how you behaved. Those reports could come back to haunt you next time you want to fly. It's not just that you're a health concern, but you also create a negative experience for the rest of the passengers which may affect their desire to fly on that company again, so your money is not worth having you fly with us again.

Edit:

I'm just saying a corporation is an entity designed to provide a service and make a profit. Your health is not always a #1 priority in this case. The likelihood of you getting sick from flying with others is low, but there's still a risk they're willing to take to survive as a business. It's also a risk each individual needs to assess. Don't assume the company always has your best interest in mind.

Also: Most individuals (especially crew members) do care about you and your safety.
