There's nothing wrong about having it easier than most of the people and still being sad king. No matter what your reasons of being sad are, they are valuable and there's nobody better than anyone else
That's the thing about depression, it doesn't matter how good you've got it. Edit: I'd like to add that one of the absolute worst things you could ever do, especially when it comes to mental health, is compare yourself to other people.
This is my mood. Every day right now. I'm a doctor. I've kept my job, my family had been healthy. My bills are paid and no one I love had died.
But this year is eating my soul and I'm sad. Or angry. Then back to sad. Then to feeling guilty for feeling sad because so many people have it so much worse than me.
