Couldn't have been that long ago, she's saving up £6 to go THIRDS on a bottle of voddy. When I was at school I was given £1.50 for lunch, which I would use to buy 10 Regal and a box of matches, sell half the fags at 10p each then buy a chip roll from the shop for 50p.

10 Richmond super kings. That's where mine went. School pasta and garlic bread was a quid, and most of the other quid went aside for cigs.
McEwans export was always on offer at Tesco's and way cheaper than voddy, so we'd all go in for those at weekend with the rest of our dinner money.
