Keep at it. I’m in the same boat but not as much as you. Daily hourly choices are really what it come down to. What we decide to eat and drink and how much we decide to exercise or not. #missionnomorebloodpressuremeds

Is this a tree or his hair in the left pic?

I'm happy for you, but please let me(as someone who lost a total of 225 pounds) give you some really important advice. Don't let yourself get too hung up on numbers, it's not productive and will only keep you from feeling truly good about yourself. You're at a healthy weight, regardless of the fact you've gained some weight back, and it doesn't take away ANY of your weight loss achievements. My weight has fluctuated over the years since my initial weight loss, and I found personally that my weight fluctuated less when I really let go of some bad habits like worrying about numbers. I'm the healthiest I've ever been currently, and I only weigh myself once a month. You're amazing, keep up the good work man!!
