I’ve had to have this fight, too. I stuck to a 2,000 calorie a day diet for awhile. Not unreasonable at all for my lifestyle. I also would sit down and eat whole cucumbers in one sitting because they’re incredibly low in calories. People were calling me anorexic for it. Considering most of my coworkers eat 2 meals from McDonald’s in once sitting I did my best not to be too offended.
