I can't count the number of comments I've read on weight-loss subs that went like:
'I always thought veggies were disgusting until I realised how to cook them! I love honey glazed carrots, broccoli in bacon grease - just drench everything in garlic butter and suddenly it's edible! I love eating healthy now!'

I live in the UK and my local town has a rate my plate group and I don't think most of them know what vegetables are
