The fucking crazy thing that is happening in NYC is now the restaurants are now enclosing the outside area because it’s cold, the wind etc, defeating the purpose of having an outside seating area. Even some have heating lamps inside of them, making the air nice and moist for COVID

We’ve had this in the UK for months... all that happens is people gather on the streets/parks outside and all the public transport is rammed
