Conservatives freak out about how open socialists like Bernie Sanders are doing so well with young people. Why is that?
Because they started calling everything socialism. If medicare for all is socialism, medicare for some is socialism too. And if free college is socialism, isn't free primary school socialism too? Republicans have done a great job of convincing Americans that socialism is basically anything the government does that helps people.
