My sister flew in (out of state for school) to vote as she didn't trust her vote would be counted. They then erroneously said at the polling place that she received a mail in ballot. She explained that she requested an application for a mail in ballot but did not fill it out or submit it.
They then told her that she wasn't registered then (?!). Eventually we were able to get her voter registration card and they let her vote.
My girlfriend was sent to a neighboring county because her home county told her she was registered there. She got there and then had to drive back as they said she was registered in the first county. Took her 5 hours to vote.
