The Daily Populous Thursday October 22nd, 2020 morning edition
Due to some mistakes I made in my early 20’s I wasn’t allowed to vote . Today I’m very proud to say I voted !! I’m 42 and I just voted for the first time !! I even dropped a few tears once I got this sticker . I am very proud.
Congratulations! It must be a relief, I'm happy for you!
On a side note, as I am not American, I am not familiar with US voting rules... Can someone explain under what circumstances someone can have his/her voting rights suspended? I'm guessing a criminal record?
