Sometimes you call the number back its another person who uses the same cell service as you. They are masking the origin number as a number of a real cell person. Once a lady call me and told me to F off and we talked...come to find out she was getting these calls too.
Got that call once while I was in a rental. Proceeded to keep the guy on the line giving whatever info I had about the vehicle. Once we got to the part about if I would agree to move forward, I told him that I would pass the info along to the rental agency when I returned the car in a couple days. He lost his absolute shit. 10/10 would do again.
