Had something similar happen with a tv shipped from bestbuy. We just had a friend pick us up and drive us there and back to return it and get a new one.
On the one side that sucks. On the other side it was damaged when you got it and you should be able to exchange it. Would suck more if it was 'got it a month ago and it fell off the wall today.'

Most stores have a 30 day return/ exchange policy with a reciept. Just pack it up, bring it back and show them this pic and get a replacement.
