Let's be honest. If Iroh found Aang then it would of only been 2 books. The first one with Aang mastering the elements and the second is all about tea.
I also like how when Iroh helps Katara and Aang escape from Zuko, Azula, and all the Dai Li after Aang gets zapped he’s got that super solid earth bender stance
