In had the opposite happen to me at Walmart. When my daughters were little I took them in the mens room. An employee said to my oldest, next time tell your dad to take you to the family restroom.
This has happened to me so many times before. I have two girls, and when they were too small to go into a public restroom themselves, these were the safest options. Also, I really didn't like bringing them into men's rooms, regardless if they had changing table or not. But yeah, mothers would not only say rude shit like " babysitting today?" But also outright ask you to leave. I like doing stuff, just us. Daddy daughter day is for real. And whats cool is as they get older they difference in stuff the want to do is crazy.
I think a lot of ladies mistake the “parent-child toilet” for “nursing room”. A lot of them have chairs and stuff in them for that so it can get confusing. But regardless, just cover up if you don’t want people to see. Men should be able to go in there with their kids to change them.
