A while ago i lived in the Philippines and onetime i did some basic magic for some of the neighborhood kids, all about 5-10 years old. This turned into a weekly routine when i walked through their street that they wanted some magic tricks. Most of the time it was make a coin or a pencil disappear.
One time though i came across a bunch of tiny frogs about that size and so i caught 5 or so and just discreetly held them in my hand as I wandered over to the kids. As usual, they started chanting "Magic. Magic. Magic," wanting me to perform for them. This time i started my normal routine but when it came time for the reveal, the coin had disappeared but in its place was 5 tony frogs that all leapt from my hand as I shouted "Frogs" in their native language. The kids all screamed and ran away.

I have these in my backyard. The fully grown ones will be about the size of your nail.
