When I was in high school my best friend actually had an old printing press with boxes of type, and we used it to set, print, and distribute a n unofficial school newsletter. There was no such thing as personal computers or even word processors. We were still using the bleeding edge tech. Yeah, okay, there was mimeograph and typewriters and expensive Xerox, but for poor high school kids, we used what we had. We set type by hand, inked the rotary pad, and cranked out what we thought was a funny, cool , edgy publication.
