My wife's friend married her wife several years back. My wife was in the wedding. I'll always remember when we were showing my wife's grandma pictures, she kept commenting about how beautiful both brides looked before asking about the grooms. It was really sweet seeing her face change as she realized it wasn't a double wedding, but instead two women marrying each other. She's the sweetest old lady who is incredibly accepting, she clearly had never thought through the logistics of it (she had a ton of questions like "do they still not see each other in the morning" and "do both of them walk down the aisle"). Always warmed my heart.
